30-Day Warranty
The 30-day warranty applies to functionality - not if you like the game!
No returns are accepted on Cards, Legos, Comic Books, or Sealed products.
All returns will be issued in store credit, no cash refunds.
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates; your package may arrive a few days early or a few days late to the estimated arrival date you are given. Your 30-day warranty will begin when tracking shows delivery.
You are responsible for any purchases that you or someone else makes on your behalf. If you or your child orders a game that is rated M for Mature, we are not responsible for you or your child receiving that game. Please research before you allow your children to choose and purchase any games.
Terms & Conditions
All Funko Pops purchased as new may not come with a seal.
Games purchased as CIB or Complete In Box may not contain a manual. For these products, you are guaranteed the game disc(s) and genuine artwork.
Games purchased as Loose will not come with the original artwork; for these products, you are guaranteed the game disc(s) and reprinted artwork.
Consoles purchased as CIB (Complete In Box) may not include the manuals. For these products, you are guaranteed the console, controller, cables, and the original retail box.
Consoles purchased as Loose will not come with the original retail box. For these products, you are guaranteed the console, controller, and cables.
Privacy Policy (SMS/Mobile)
1. Information Collection We value your privacy and the information you consent to share in relation to our SMS marketing service. We use this information to send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us.
2. Use of Information We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or customer information collected through the Program to any third party.

Non-Sharing of Mobile Data (Strict Adherence) Notwithstanding any other provision in this policy, we do not share or sell your mobile, opt-in, or consent data with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Data Security We use commercially reasonable methods to secure your personal information and protect it from unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure.
5. Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
